All our residences are rented out for a minimum period of stay of 21 nights, being three weeks.
All our prices are including VAT (21% on residential ; 21% on cleaning and parking).
All charges are included in your stay, including energy, water, WIFI and television.
Extension of your stay at Longstay Breda is based upon availability.
Cancellation is free of charge until 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellation after 7 days prior to arrival the entire stay will be charged in full.
Longstay Breda works first come, first serve. Our availability is only valid during the time sending the offer.
Unfortunately, we do not allow any pets in our studio’s or apartments.
Breakage or damage will be charged.
After confirming your reservation, you will receive a first invoice for the first month. This needs to be paid in full at least 21 days prior to arrival.
